NAAMII successfully organized Third Nepal AI School

NAAMII successfully organized its third edition of the annual Nepal Winter School in AI. This edition’s venue partner was Khwopa Engineering College, Bhaktapur, where the event took place from 20th to 30th December 2021. The AI School consisted of lectures, lab sessions, and scientific paper reading/writing sessions given by invited world-class experts. In addition, the school had a day hike on the 25th for encouraging social interaction and bonding among participants and speakers. This year, the event was a hybrid one, where participants and speakers could join either virtually or physically. Thirty-five notable speakers from reputed institutions delivered lectures on different areas of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI ethics and security. More than 100 global participants benefited from the event, with 80% of people attending onsite while the rest joined online. We would like to thank all the organizing committee, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, and participants for making this event a grand success.
