Dr. Raunak Shrestha is a Computational Biologist who leads the Computational Genomics Lab at NAAMII. Additionally, Dr. Shrestha serves as a research scientist at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). His primary focus centers around gaining insights into the progression of cancer and infectious diseases, as well as understanding treatment resistance. Dr. Shrestha achieves this through the development and application of computational genomics approaches in his research.
