Riya Acharya
Industry Training Associate
Riya Acharya is currently pursuing her Master of Technology in Artificial Intelligence at Kathmandu University. She is an Industry Training Associate at NAAMII, where she designs workshops aimed at helping professionals and organizations gain the AI expertise needed to excel in a rapidly evolving world. Riya is also the co-founder of STEMinist Nepal, a campaign committed to increasing the representation of young women in STEM. Through this initiative, she conducts basic Scratch programming workshops and Training of Trainers sessions to inspire and empower the next generation of female tech leaders. Her research interests focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM), where she is passionate about driving innovation and making significant contributions to the field.
