About the Role 

NAAMII is looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Website Management Intern to support the maintenance, development, and optimization of our website. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to apply their front-end and back-end coding skills in a real-world impact-driven organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Regularly update and manage website content (news, blogs, events, research publications, etc.) 
  • Assist in front-end and back-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or frameworks as applicable) 
  • Ensure website performance, mobile responsiveness, and overall functionality 
  • Troubleshoot bugs, broken links, and design inconsistencies 
  • Collaborate with the communications and design team to reflect branding and UX best practices 
  • Integrate tools/plugins that enhance website performance and accessibility 

Who You Are 

  • A student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 
  • Skilled in basic web development languages (HTML, CSS, JS; knowledge of PHP or other backend tools is a plus) 
  • Familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress (or willing to learn) 
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
