Alina is a research assistant at NAAMII working under the supervision of Dr. Bishesh Khanal. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Pulchowk Campus, Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University.

Her key interests are in computer vision, particularly in medical imaging. Her current work focuses on improvement on semi-supervised algorithms by capturing complex relationships between multiple data points to address the problem of limited annotated datasets in medical imaging.
