Biography

Francois Rameau is an Assistant Professor at the State University of New York (SUNY) in Korea.

He received his Ph.D. in Vision and Robotics from the University of Burgundy (France) in 2014 under the joined supervision of Prof. Cedric Demonceaux, Prof. Desire Sidibe, and Prof. David Fofi. Later. He joined the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST, South Korea), first as a postdoctoral researcher and then as a Research Professor under the KRF fellowship program (2017-2023). Dr. Rameau’s research interests center around 3D Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Collaborative Robotics. He has an accomplished research track record, with numerous publications in top-tier venues.
