Biography

Sanyukta is a Biotechnology Engineering graduate from Vellore Institute of Technology, India. Her focus lies in structural bioinformatics, sequence analysis, data analysis, and the application of deep learning for drug discovery. Currently, she is a Research Intern at NAAMII, where she is studying the genomic epidemiology of SARS-COV-2 in Nepal contributing to vital research efforts in this field. Sanyukta is driven by a fervent passion to enhance her expertise at the intersection of biotechnology and computational analysis, aiming to further expand her knowledge in this field.
